On The Rail with Neil Channing

The latest On The Rail podcast features an interview with 2008's tournament superstar Neil Channing

Nick Wealthall and Kara Scott are back with another installment of On The Rail. Kara is basking in the glory of a recent EPT cash as her tournament roll continues while Nick seems to have given up on Hold'em as he extols the virtues of the new game in vogue, Pot-limit Omaha.

Joining them for an extensive interview is London's favourite son Neil 'Bad Beat' Channing. Neil had been winning thousands of pounds for years in the nation's biggest cash games but it wasn't until the 2008 Irish Open that he finally had major tournament success, winning over €800,000. He opens up about his history in the game, the state of London's cash game scene and why playing in an unusual way can prove extremely profitable. It's a great listen from one of the most likeable and best poker players from these shores.
