Cambric finish, which is very similar to linen, and affords some protection for the paper underneath. Gives no protection over the nasty design on the back – don’t play with them when hungover. 2/5 SHUFFLEABILITY

Extremely rigid, which means a lot of work for a hand shuffle. The cards also showed signs of bend afterwards. Not good. 1/5 MIDDLE BEND

Far too rigid to take this amount of bend without suffering irreversible damage. Great if you’re looking for a traditional roof for your house of cards, otherwise pretty rubbish. 2/5 CORNER BEND
